Transport Minister Seiji Maehara describes free making of the principle of the expressway out which the Democratic Party hung by last year's House of Representatives election manifesto (political power commitment) in the conference on the 30th in fiscal year 2010, "Going in the the greatest four years would like House of Representatives election to commit and to understand".   It objected if not becoming a commitment breach even if the free making of the principle the same as the target was not able to be done at 12 fiscal years.
